Hailing from Miami FL, Preston moved to NYC in 2008 to attend a Theatre Conservatory. Like many artists before him, Preston began working in restaurants as a way to pay the bills. Unlike many artists before him, Preston fell in love with restaurant culture and the art of dining. in 2013 he joined Danny Meyer's Blue Smoke (Battery Park) where he began pursing Hospitality full time. He put in his time, climbing the ladder from server to Service Director. Utilizing his more than 10 years of first hand industry experience he is thrilled to be on the Huertas team in the role of General Manager.
