From dining room buyouts to large party reservations, Huertas offers several different options tailored to fit a variety of events, whether personal or professional. We offer reservations for dinner, lunch & brunch.

Our owner and executive chef, Jonah Miller, creates menus that highlight Basque cuisine while using the best seasonal ingredients available.

  • Private Dining Room

    Our private room can seat up to 36 or accommodate as many as 50 guests for a standing cocktail event.

  • Virtual Cooking Classes

    We are now offering live cooking classes via Zoom. We've found these classes to be a great way to host a birthday party or work team-building exercise without leaving your home!

    The classes are hosted by Chef-Owner, Jonah Miller and typically last 75-90 minutes. 

    We are happy to customize the lesson plan based on your dietary preferences and recipes that use ingredients that are readily available in your area. Two of our most popular classes teach participants how to make Tortilla Española and Paella (including vegetarian or vegan versions), with participants cooking along in real time

    We send the recipe to all participants once enrolled so they can source ingredients. 

    Current Pricing:     (A "participant" is one log-in, so 2 people cooking together from their home are counted as 1 participant.)

    1-10 participants: $250

    11-20 participants: $350

    20-30 participants: $450
